Training Goals for the New Year

Happy New Year, Dog Lovers!

At launch time, we are exactly one week into 2022. But while we contemplate resolutions for self improvement or make big picture plans for the year ahead, our dog pals are likely just thinking of their next treat. Or walk. Or that squirrel over there.

The January issue is Bay Woof’s annual training edition, full of new skills and new ways of thinking about training that will bring you closer to a dog’s eye view. By setting clear goals and focusing on slow-but-steady progress, we and our pals can do anything together. And Bay Woof’s community of dog trainers is here to help you start the new year off right.

"You’ll never get bored when you try something new. There’s really no limit to what you can do." - Dr. Seuss

All classes are great, but the larger point of training is to develop our communication skills with our best pal. That benefit will last the life of our pet and longer.

May your 2022 surpass your expectations for life, love, and dogs. As Frank Sinatra - a King Charles Cavalier Spaniel man - once sang, “The best is yet to come!”
