• Researchers at Hungary's Eötvös Loránd University found that dogs with flat faces, such as French Bulldogs, are more likely to experience sleep apnea and, as a result, have more daytime sleepiness.

• Composer Frédéric Chopin had a little dog named Marquis, which, according to various sources, was either a Poodle, Poodle mix, or Bichon Frise. Legend has it that Marquis would chase its tail during Chopin’s famous “Minute Waltz.”
