  • When your dog looks into your eyes right before she poops, it means she feels vulnerable and trusts you will keep her safe.

  • In January 1973, National Lampoon magazine published its infamous “Death” issue. The cover photo showed a dog with a gun pointed at his head and the caption "If You Don't Buy This Magazine, We'll Kill This Dog." The dog’s name was Cheeseface. Needless to say, he was fine.

  • Dogs may curl up when they sleep to protect their vulnerable organs from being exposed.

  • Many dogs like to sneeze when they play with humans or other dogs. It’s their way of showing they’re having a good time. Dogs may also sneeze because something is irritating their noses. If they want attention, dogs may fake sneeze.

  • Puppies and senior dogs dream more often than middle-aged dogs.
